How does booking work?

Once you request a quote, we'll confirm your date, guest count, and preferences, then design a custom menu together before your event.

What do I need to prepare?

Just clear some fridge and counter space, and let us know your kitchen setup. Chef Ricky brings everything else — ingredients, equipment, and expertise.

What time does the chef arrive?

Chef Ricky arrives ahead of your event to prep, cook fresh on-site, serve, and clean up afterward — so you can fully enjoy your own event.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. Every menu is built around your guests' preferences and any dietary needs, allergies, or restrictions.

What's your cancellation policy?

Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Cancellations received in writing 14 or more days before the event date will be refunded in full, less the non-refundable booking fee ($250) and any non-recoverable payment processing fees or taxes. Cancellations received less than 14 days before the event forfeit the full payment. Reducing your guest count is accommodated up to 14 days before the event; changes after this point are billed at the originally confirmed count. Date changes are accommodated where availability allows, with a $250 rescheduling fee if requested 14+ days before the event; date changes within 14 days are treated as a cancellation. If Chef Ricky must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
